Chuck Thompson and Crash (Rip/Kyla) win another Grand Prix.
Janet Wagner and Benny (Zeke/Tag) win the 26" Grand Prix, Steeplechase 2nd place for their DAM Team and Benny got the double gamble!
Elise Lynch and Ting (Rip/Giddyup) had the most awesome 2007 winning multiple Grand Prixs and Steeplechases.
Donna Anderson and Ripple (Cruiser/Snap) earn their UKC Championship and
have a 4pt major and more points towards their AKC Championship.

Danny Eggleston and Guinan -Comebye Ten Forward (Riptide/Quick)
Skyhoundz disc dog competitions (if not see www.skyhoundz.com for more info)...well...
July 29th and 30th, in New Castle Indiana there was the
North Central Regional Qualifier for Skyhoundz (event hosted by IDDC
Indianapolis Disc Dog Club www.d-dog.com). The qualifier this year had
over 240 teams competing! The top winners from this weekend qualified
to go on to this years World Finals in Atlanta, GA Sept. 23-24th.
Overall this weekend Danny took an amazing FOUR first place titles, a
Second place and a Third Place! Qualifying to go to the World
Championships in THREE events!! : Distance and Accuracy, Freestyle, and
Pairs Freestyle! And Danny and Guinan also set a new World Record in
Time Trial! The first place spots make Danny the Regional Champion in
Freestyle and in Distance and Accuracy (in a region of 12 states).
Here is a little about each type of event where Danny and his Border Collie Guinan placed:
1st place in Freestyle
1st Place in Distance and Accuracy
1st Place in Time Trial (and a World Record 14.78 sec)
1st Place in Team Time Trial (This award was won by Danny Eggleston, his doubles partner Christina Curtis and our dog Guinan)
3rd Place in Team Time Trial (This award was won by Danny Eggleston, his doubles partner Christina Curtis and her dog Nitro)
2nd Place in Pairs Freestyle (This award was won by Danny Eggleston, his doubles partner Christina Curtis and our dog Guinan)
As a pair they are so fast and energetic and entertaining to watch. After they NAILED the time trial
world record (they hold the 3rd place world record for this from last year) I was amused to think of Guinan's
parents names -- Quick and Rip- of course she's fast with parents like that! :-)July 1 & 2, 2006
Janet Bernier's Tizzy -Comebye Sudden Velocity NA, NAJ (Kyla/Red Ex) competed at the Dog Agility Clubs of Florida statewide competition with the Fort Myers team. Out of 38 teams competing, the Fort Myers team earned 2nd place overall. In the individual standings for the weekend, Tizzy was Combined High in Trial in the Novice 20" division!

earn their Obedience Trial Champtionship!!!
Cutter earned a 198 from Utility B and a 199 from Open B.
He also went High Combined AND High in Trial!!!!! (see May 5 & 6 for his UDX)

Lo Baker and Perk (ADCH Comebye Fringe Benefit) (Rip/Kyla) won 22" SteeplechaseRhonda Carter's Blast (Mach ADCH Comebye Sonic Boom),
Bill & Jen Pinder's Cajun (ADCH Comebye Hot and Spicy),
Elise Lynch's Skid (Comebye Outa Control) all made it into round 2 of Steeplechase.
They are all Rip x Kyla pups.Perk ALSO won 22" Grand Prix and has a bye into the Finals in Arizona in November!
Elise Lynch's Ting (Comebye Real Quiet) (Rip/Giddyup)
won round one of the 22" Grand Prix and has a bye into the Semi'sLyn Kahn's Jock (Comebye Jock Du Bois) (Rip/Kyla) placed 2nd or 3rd in round 1 of the Grand Prix.
Pinder;s Cajun made it into round 2 of the GP also but he already had
a bye into the semi's from Perry last weekend.Anne Andrle's Ski (ADCH Comebye Dbl Black Diamond) (Rip/Dart)
has a bye into the semi's for NationalsBlast had some amazing runs also.
Ski and Perk both won Masters gamblers in their 26" and 22" heights with a tie of 62 points.
